Logged-in accounts can save up to 5 resumes, each editable anytime from your Profile page.

Two Ways to Fill It In

1. Fill the form yourself. Work section by section — academic details, experience, internships, projects, achievements, skills, and more — with a live preview updating as you type.

2. Let the AI assistant do the first draft. Upload a reference document — an old resume, a LinkedIn export, or notes about your experience (PDF, DOCX, TXT, or TEX all work) — and chat with the AI assistant. It reads your uploaded context and drafts or refines individual sections for you, which you can then edit by hand to add the specific, quantified detail that makes a resume stand out (see our guide on writing an impactful resume for what "good" looks like).

Using both together tends to work best: let the AI produce a solid first pass, then go back through and sharpen it — swap in real numbers, tighten weak phrasing, and make sure it's tailored to the job you're applying for.

Preview and Reorder as You Go

The builder shows a real-time PDF preview next to the form, so you always see exactly what you're about to download — no guessing at how it'll look. Sections can be reordered, so you can lead with whatever's most relevant to the role you're targeting (put projects first for a technical role, experience first if that's your strongest section, and so on).

Download and Keep Working

Once it looks right, download the PDF directly. If you're logged in, you can also download the .tex source for full manual control in your own LaTeX editor later, and your resume stays saved in your Profile so you can duplicate it as a starting point for a tailored version of the next application, rather than starting from scratch every time.
